Our services include:
• Pathways to Employment (PTE)
• Employment Support Aide (ESA)
• Individual Supported Employment (ISE)
• Habilitation (HAI)
• Individually Designed Living Arrangement (IDLA)
We also provide support to providers through training, compliance guidance, and Behavior Treatment Plan (BTP) writing.

We provide a step-by-step approach through Pathways to Employment (PTE), Employment Support Aide (ESA), and Individual Supported Employment (ISE).
Pathways to Employment (PTE) helps individuals explore interests, build confidence, and identify the type of work that fits them best.
Employment Support Aide (ESA) focuses on developing job skills such as communication, routines, and workplace expectations through one-on-one support.
Individual Supported Employment (ISE) helps individuals find, secure, and maintain a job, including support with applications, interviews, and on-the-job success.
Our goal is to help your loved one feel confident, capable, and successful in a real work environment.

Our services are designed for individuals enrolled with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) who are looking to build independence, develop skills, and work toward meaningful employment.
How do we get started with services?

Getting started is simple.
First, contact us so we can learn more about your loved one and their goals. From there, we will guide you through the process of connecting services through the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
Once services are authorized, we begin building a plan that may include Pathways to Employment (PTE), Employment Support Aide (ESA), Individual Supported Employment (ISE), Habilitation (HAI), or Individually Designed Living Arrangement (IDLA).
