Nastassia A. Wagggoner

Founder

Nastassia brings over 15 years of experience supporting individuals within the Arizona Developmental Disabilities (DDD) community, with a strong focus on compliance (QA), structure, and quality care. As a former DES/DDD Monitor and Program Administrator, she understands what safe, effective services should look like and how to make sure they are done the right way.

She works closely with teams to ensure services are consistent, clear, and supportive for each individual. Her experience includes developing Behavior Treatment Plans (BTP), training staff, and improving how services are delivered so they are easier to follow and more effective in everyday life.

Nastassia provides peace of mind. She focuses on making sure your loved one is supported in a way that is organized, respectful, and aligned with their needs, while also ensuring everything meets Arizona DDD standards.

Kristi Smith

Founder

Kristi brings over 15 years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, with a strong background in employment services across Arizona. She has worked directly with members in Employment Support Aide (ESA), Individual Supported Employment (ISE), and Pathways to Employment (PTE), helping individuals build skills, gain confidence, and secure meaningful jobs.

Kristi understands how to create real opportunities by focusing on each person’s strengths, interests, and long-term goals. Her experience also includes habilitation services such as Habilitation (HAI) and Individually Designed Living Arrangement (IDLA), ensuring members receive well-rounded support that leads to independence, stability, and success in the workplace.
